When a local family started their search for a new home in Surrey, they were delighted to discover Kings Gate in Tadworth. This boutique new development by Bruckland Developments, ticked all of their boxes.
Having previously owned a new build home, the family wanted to see what other new build developments were out there. They were looking to upsize their family home. Keen to stay close to their son’s school and looking for a large family home with ample space to entertain, they were impressed by what the homes at Kings Gate had to offer.

Angela, her husband and their twin boys moved into their new home at Kings Gate in August 2024, and they haven’t looked back.
Speaking of their new home, Angela said: “We absolutely love our new home. We are a sociable family, and we really enjoy entertaining. The huge kitchen/dining/family room, with sliding doors that open onto the garden, works perfectly for us. Plus we have a separate lounge and a downstairs study, so there’s loads of space for us all.
“Upstairs, all the bedrooms are a really good size. Having five bedrooms means that each of our boys can have their own room and we still have a separate guest room. We have turned the fifth bedroom on the third floor into a games room. It is the ideal place for our boys and their friends to all hang out together. It really is the perfect family home.”

Talking of the finish within their new home, Angela added: “During our search for a new home, we had looked at several new build developments in Surrey. What really stood out to us about Kings Gate was the quality of all the fixtures and fittings, the superior finish and the care and attention that had been paid to every detail. Little touches such as the beautiful black ironmongery on the doors, the panelling on the walls, the built-in shelving and even the door knockers. Everything was just a notch above anything else we had seen.
“Since moving in and having friends and family over, everyone tells us that our home is like visiting a luxury boutique hotel! We love that. It really feels like a very special place to live.”
