Bespoke Builds: The Customer Journey

Developing the Concept
Our project manager will arrange an initial discussion with you to understand your requirements for your bespoke build, from desired property size through to budget and time frame. They will provide an overview of our services and if you decide to progress, they will discuss with you next steps and a suitable date to commence the project.

Building the Brief
Upon appointment, our dedicated project manager will meet with you to take a more detailed brief of your bespoke build project. This will provide an opportunity to establish the finer details such as your desired property style, your interior design tastes, garden size, number of bedrooms and much more.

Delivering the Design
Our project manager will work closely with our trusted architect to develop a detailed design that meets your specific requirements, incorporating the best quality materials available within your budget. The architect will provide recommendations to ensure the best possible layout and finish.

Planning for the Build
Once the design is agreed and material choices have been made, the architect will create further plans that are ready for the build phase. Our project manager will also provide a time frame for the development, which will be shared with you.

Confirming the Contract
Once the final design and costs are agreed, we will provide you with a contract which is legally binding between yourself and Bruckland Developments. Once signed, the building work on your bespoke build can commence.

The Build
Our site manager, construction team and in-house quantity surveyor will all work closely together to deliver your build on time and on budget, to the best possible finish. You will be kept fully informed throughout this phase, with regular updates.

Completion of your Home
Upon completion our site manager will arrange to meet you at your new home. They will conduct a thorough show round, ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the finished project.

After Care
We provide a comprehensive and very personal aftersales service. Should any issues arise, you will have the direct contact details for our aftercare team, who will always respond in a courteous and timely manner. Plus, all of our new builds come with a 10-year warranty to ensure additional peace of mind.

Customer Care
Client satisfaction is our priority. We will maintain a clear and positive two-way communication throughout your bespoke build project, consulting with you on all aspects of the exterior build and the interior design.
During construction, our site manager will maintain a clean and organised site, working closely with our in-house quantity surveyor to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
