Purchaser Portal Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Purchaser Portal provided by Bruckland Developments (“we”, “us” or “our”) and operated through Unlatch.
By accessing or using the Purchaser Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Portal.
Purpose of the Portal
The Purchaser Portal is provided to support you throughout your new home purchase journey. It allows you to access information and documents relating to your purchase, receive important updates, follow build progress and view relevant milestones and communications.
The Portal is intended for purchasers of homes being developed by Bruckland Developments.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring that information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
You must not share your account or login credentials with another person or allow anyone else to access the Portal using your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Information and Documents
We will endeavour to ensure that information and documents available through the Portal are accurate and up to date. However, information may change during the course of your purchase.
Documents and information provided through the Portal are for your information and should not be treated as replacing any formal contract, legal document or other binding agreement relating to your property purchase.
Where there is any inconsistency between information displayed in the Portal and the terms of your formal purchase contract, the formal contract will take precedence.
Build Progress and Updates
Build progress information, photographs, estimated dates, milestones and other updates are provided to keep you informed about the progress of your new home.
Any dates or timescales shown in the Portal may be estimates and may change. They do not constitute a guarantee that your property will be completed or handed over by a particular date unless expressly confirmed in a legally binding agreement.
Availability of the Portal
We aim to keep the Portal available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend access to the Portal for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Portal, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Portal, including text, images, graphics, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Bruckland Developments or its relevant suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the content for the purpose of managing your own property purchase. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Portal content without permission.
