Briefing
On appointment, our dedicated project manager will take a more detailed brief to establish the finer details such as your desired property style, your interior design tastes, the garden size, the number of bedrooms and much more.
Design
Our project manager will work closely with our trusted architect to develop a detailed design that meets your requirements, considering the best quality materials that can work within your budget. The architect will provide recommendations to ensure the best possible layout and finish.
Planning
Once the design is agreed upon and material choices have been made, the architect will create further plans that are ready for the build phase. Our project manager will also provide a time frame for the development.
Contract
Once the final design and costs are agreed upon, we will provide you with a contract which is legally binding between yourself and Bruckland Developments. The building work can then commence.
Building Phase
Our site manager, construction team and in-house quantity surveyor will all work closely together to deliver your build on time and on budget, with the best possible finish.
Completion
Our site manager will ensure the new build is available on the agreed completion date and will provide a final show round, ensuring complete satisfaction.
After Sales
We provide aftersales service and all new builds come with a 10-year warranty to ensure peace of mind. Our aftercare team are on hand to assist with any queries following the build completion.
